Our current order fulfillment estimate for custom items is 4-5 weeks after shops close.
What is the exchange and return policy?
For all decorated goods, returns, replacements, and credits are processed for damaged or defective merchandise only.

I missed the order deadline. Can I still place my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional orders for your shop after the close date. However, we may be able to offer some of the items for individual purchase; additional fees may apply.
How will I know that my order has been placed?
An email confirmation of your purchase will be sent to you shortly after the order has been submitted. This will assure you that the order has been placed and provide a copy of the order for your records.
